ITEM NO. 1
Small Business COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Temporary Relief Measures Update.
Recommendation to extend measures approved April 25, 2020 for an additional 12 months. The extension would apply to facilities with an effective date on or before April 30, 2022.
Approval Board Decision: APPROVED. Acting Vice Chair Cruse,
Director Bachus and Director Pryor all voted in favor of approving the recommendation.

Transportation Extension of COVID-19 Relief Measures:
a) Bridge-Backstop Financing Program
b) Pre-Delivery - Pre-Export Financing Program
Recommendation to extend the availability of the Bridge-Backstop
Financing Program and the Pre-Delivery-Pre-Export Financing
Program for one year approved on April 15, 2021.
Applications received on or before April 30, 2022 would be
eligible to benefit from these programs, subject to EXIM due
diligence and approval of the transaction.
Approval Board Decision: APPROVED. Acting Vice Chair Cruse,
Director Bachus and Director Pryor all voted in favor of approving the
recommendation.
