Stephen Ozoigbo
Head of Government Partnerships and Ecosystems | Arm
Stephen Ozoigbo is the Head of Government Partnerships and Ecosystems at Arm. In this role, he is responsible for leading the strategic engagements of governments and related ecosystems that drive Arm's business goals and technology roadmaps. Within Arm, he has also managed the Emerging Markets programs with a focus on technology ecosystems across Africa and South America.
Prior to joining Arm, Stephen was the CEO of the African Technology Foundation and managed the Lions@frica program of the US State Department. Through this initiative, he led several innovation, investment and internationalization activities for startups and technology ecosystems.
He also served as a Foreign Direct Investment Manager for the Government of Catalonia and oversaw a myriad of technology projects, policies and initiatives that supported stakeholders related to the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
Stephen previously served as the International Advisor to Studio school and was previously a Banker at Citigroup. He has an MBA in Global Business from the Graziadio School at Pepperdine University and an Executive certificate in Behavioral Finance and Investment Decisions from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
